INVITATION
Grove Ward Neighbourhood Meeting #2
Wednesday 11th November at 7.30pm
Room 1005, 1st Floor, John Galsworthy Building,
Kingston University, Penrhyn Road KT1 2EE

Dear neighbours,

You are warmly invited to a follow up meeting to discuss hot topics in our area. You need not have attended the previous meeting to join in.

The meeting will be split between the two main concerns identified at a meeting held in September.

1) 'What is the council's intention re development'
2) 'Addressing antisocial behaviour in Grove Ward'

- council's intention re development'
In first half hour we have lead councillor for Regeneration Cllr Cunningham, and Head of Planning Viv Evans available for discussion and to answer any relevant development led questions.  TOPO and Eden Walk application will come up I'm sure but we don't want to get bogged down with specific planning applications for too long.

There will also be a brief introduction to BIMBY - a neighbourhood planning toolkit developed by the Princes Foundation which we have been selected to road test in Kingston.

Break for Refreshments

- antisocial behaviour in Grove Ward'
Approx 20 minutes will all be given to discuss ASB, so we are hoping to have a police representative attending.
Jeanette Barry kindly booked the room for us so will be there to represent Kingston University, and  Cllrs Jon Tolley and Phil Doyle will be on hand to answer any licensing policy / night time economy queries.

Feel free to come with questions and those we can't cover on the night can be emailed for a response.
There's a lot to get through!
