At the Development Control Committee decision meeting, the Planning Officer spoke at length in favour of the development, while three KRA & Kingston Upon Thames Society members had just 5 minutes to present in opposition; two Grove ward Councillors spoke in opposition. The committee questioned, deliberated and voted.
