Tonight the Kingston Upon Thames Society announced the winners of the biennial Tony Leitch Townscape Awards...
Once every two years the Society presents the Townscape Awards recognising building developments which in the Society's view have done the most to enhance the environment in the Royal Borough.
This year there were many developments worthy of mention which, had the competition not been so fierce, might otherwise have won awards themselves. The awards were handed out by Viv Evans, Head of Planning, RBK.
